Enable encryption for the Facebook session security if you frequently connect to Facebook from public access.
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Click Account then click Account Settings.
- Under Account Security, click Edit.
- Select the Use secure connection (https) whenever possible case for Facebook.
- Click Save.
- When you connect to Facebook, your session is now encrypted as evidenced by the https:// in front of the website address.
